Laboratory Department

At Cimarron Healthcare Center we provide our patients with complete and quality health care. Part of complete health care and proper diagnosis is laboratory testing. Cimarron Healthcare Center has a moderate complexity laboratory that can perform basic testing to aid in diagnosis and treatment of our patients. The laboratory department can perform most tests in 20 minutes or less. Some of the common things that we test for are:

Liver function
Diabetes
Dehydration
Bladder and kidney problems
Anemia
Blood clots
Cardiac problems
Coumadin therapy
Pregnancy
Strep,Mono
H-pylori
Flu

Any other testing that the doctor orders can be sent to Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma (DLO). Results are received within 24 hours for most tests that are sent to DLO. We also provide collection services for Paternity Testing Corporation.

Cimarron Healthcare Center Laboratory has Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) Certified Collectors who collect urine drug screens and breath alcohol tests for several companies. These drug and alcohol screens are done for employees that are new hires, at random, post accident, or reasonable cause.
